for the service of the extended version of Premium jamujam.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by the seller, which is the company YOUJAM, s.r.o., Cimburkova 916/8, Prague 3 130 00, ID: 07669496 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
The Buyer chooses the payment method when filling out the order form. After submitting the form, the system redirects the Buyer to the appropriate page based on the selected payment method. A confirmation message is displayed and sent via email to indicate successful payment. In the event of an unsuccessful payment, the Buyer is informed by a message displayed on the payment page and sent by email. After giving the consent, which the Buyer provides by checking the appropriate box for recurring payment consent directly in the order form, the Seller uses the recurring payment system (i.e. automatic deduction of payments from the payment card - so-called recurring payments) during the sale of the Service, for the duration of the subscription. To process recurring payments, the Seller uses the payment gateway “ThePay” provided by company ThePay.cz, s.r.o.
the establishment and parameters of the recurring payment (see below for details) and to the storage of payment data on the side of ThePay payment gateway. Payment card numbers, credit card details, and electronic banking passwords are entered through an encrypted channel provided by ThePay s.r.o. This company does not share payment data, including payment card numbers and other information entered during the transaction, with the Seller, and the Seller does not have access to this data. ThePay s.r.o. manages payment card data in accordance with the PCI-DSS Level 1 international security standard, the highest level of data security in the payment card processing industry.
a. The payment covers a monthly subscription, which spans 30 days starting from the date of the initial or each subsequent recurring payment.
b. Payments are deducted on the first day of each monthly subscription cycle (i.e., on the 1st, 31st, 61st day, and so forth) for the entire duration of the Service usage.
c. A fixed amount of EUR 7.99 is deducted for each individual payment.
d. In the event of a price change for the Service, the Buyer will be notified in advance via email, and the Buyer will have the option to decide whether to continue using the Service or cancel it.
e. Users can disable the extension of the Service at any time through their profile settings in the "membership" tab on the www.jamujam.com website.
If you decide not to extend the Service for another period, you can notify us of the termination of the Service by sending an email to contact@jamujam.com no later than 14 days before the end of the current period of use of the Service.
The Service will be automatically terminated when the payment card expires or when it is impossible to withdraw the payment due to an insufficient balance.
In such cases, the provision of the Service is terminated at the end of the current period for which the Service is paid for.
You can renew the Jamujam Premium service at any time via the order form.
